LDH (La Doria) Ltd today become the latest partner in the Global Tuna Alliance (GTA), an independent group of retailers and supply-chain companies, working to ensure that tuna ultimately meets the highest standards of environmental performance and social responsibility.
LDH is the leading UK own Label supplier of canned tomato products, fish, fruit and vegetable, dried pasta and other ambient foods to the major UK supermarkets. LDH is committed to sourcing sustainable seafood and operate a “Tuna Sustainability Promise” which includes a fully traceable, verifiable chain of custody encompassing vessels, canneries and processors and source tuna from fisheries that are MSC certified or in a fishery improvement programme (FIP).
